Deep Ocean Surveyor – 6,000 m Towable Hyperspectral Survey System
The Deep Ocean Surveyor is the world’s first fully integrated, deep-rated platform that delivers real-time, AI-processed underwater hyperspectral imagery while towing at commercial survey speeds 3–4 knots).
Instead of weeks of acoustic mapping followed by selective physical sampling, a single pass with the Deep Ocean Surveyor gives you a complete, non-invasive optical and chemical picture of the seafloor: every material, chemical, mineral, polymetallic nodule, cobalt crust and hydrothermal vent contents identified and geo-referenced in situ, with >95 % material classification accuracy verified in Gulf of Mexico trials.
